Recipe Serves 4

Recommendations:

Brown the lean ground beef and drain the actual fat. Add a dash of garlic powder because you cook it. Then add the green pepper and onion after meat is finished to sauté. When lightly brown improve the crockpot with all some other ingredients. Cook on low for 8hrs or prepare on high for 4hrs.
